Miami City Report

Miami State : Florida

Miami is located on the Atlantic coast in southeastern Florida. Miami is ranked seventh in the United States in terms of finance, commerce, culture, entertainment, fashion, education, best rolex replica and other sectors. The surrounding area has the largest concentration of international banks in the US and boasts a strong international business community. The housing crisis hit Florida particularly hard. There was a huge amount of new construction occurring leading up to the housing crash and very few buyers after the crash. Prices plummeted and foreclosures sky rocketed. There are still many beautiful newly constructed properties for sale at bargain basement prices. South Florida has seen a lot of attention from institutional investors and is definitely worth consideration.
