Phoenix City Report

Phoenix State : Arizona

Phoenix is the capital of the state of Arizona and the 6th most populous city in the US. Phoenix has seen massive population growth in recent times, this contributed to an enormous real estate boom and correspondingly spectacular bust as the Global Financial Crisis hit. That being said, Phoenix home prices recovered strongly from 2014-2016 – a little too strongly in fact, it’s now extremely challenging to find cashflow positive investments.
