Great 4Bed 3Bath property only 25 minutes from downtown Austin. The area is primarily owner occupied and is a sought after rental area. The property was built in 2004 and is still in great shape. New carpets, a fresh coat of paint, and other cosmetics have been touched up to keep it fresh.
